We are thrilled to launch of our new Community Small Grants Programme.Â
During 2023 we are inviting grass-roots community groups and organisations within the HD postcode area to apply for a share of the £10,000 we have made available. As a local business, we have always tried to support community activities and groups within the area, but we recognise that this can be a little hit-and-miss and unfocused.Â
The Grants Programme is aimed at charities, not-for-profit organisations, and community groups in the local area, which are working for the benefit of the local community and the environment. We are allocating the £10,000 budget evenly, over the rest of the year, to ensure that we can provide support across the year.
Grants will be between £100 and £500, and we have tried to make the application process, grant conditions and criteria as straightforward and accessible as we can. If you want to apply for a grant, please read our Eligibility Criteria and Terms & Conditions before you start to fill in the application form.
To apply for a grant, please use the application form here. You can download the form and fill it in within Word and email to us. Alternatively, you can print it off and fill it in by hand and post it to us.

We do not want to be prescriptive about the kind of things we will fund. Our main priority is to support local groups which may struggle to find other sources of funding and which are making a real difference in the community.
